\nApply the liquid film with a paint roller, HVLP, airless or pneumatic sprayer. Ensure that the LiquiFoil is applied evenly and work in strips to achieve a closed, opaque layer.
\nApply a sufficiently thick layer so that the film can be easily peeled off in one piece after drying.
\nDrying time: approximately 1\u20134 hours, depending on layer thickness, temperature and ventilation. Accelerated drying is possible by using warm air or cabin ventilation.
\nThe film is opaque white in colour.<\/p>\n
\nAfter curing, the film forms an elastic, closed protective layer that protects surfaces in spray booths against:
\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 overspray from paint and coatings
\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 paint mist and pigment accumulation
\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 dust and dirt adhesion
\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 light mechanical stress
\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 light loss
\nThis keeps booth walls clean, reduces cleaning time and maintains optimal light output.
\nSuitable for application on metal, glass, coated panels and other non-absorbent surfaces.
\nWhen the coating is dirty, another layer can be applied over it.<\/p>\n
\nWhen the protective layer is saturated or contaminated, or when several layers have been applied on top of each other, the film can easily be peeled off by hand.
\nThe film leaves no adhesive residue or contamination and does not damage the surface. Post-cleaning is usually not necessary.
\nA new protective layer can be applied immediately after removal.<\/p>\n
