Peelable liquid film for protecting spray booths – WHITE
Liquid, peelable protective film for temporary protection of walls, ceilings and other non-absorbent surfaces in spray booths.
Efficient to use with minimal product waste. Water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable and no chemical waste.

1. Application (rolling or spraying)
Apply the liquid film with a paint roller, HVLP, airless or pneumatic sprayer. Ensure that the LiquiFoil is applied evenly and work in strips to achieve a closed, opaque layer.
Apply a sufficiently thick layer so that the film can be easily peeled off in one piece after drying.
Drying time: approximately 1–4 hours, depending on layer thickness, temperature and ventilation. Accelerated drying is possible by using warm air or cabin ventilation.
The film is opaque white in colour.

2. Protection during use
After curing, the film forms an elastic, closed protective layer that protects surfaces in spray booths against:
• overspray from paint and coatings
• paint mist and pigment accumulation
• dust and dirt adhesion
• light mechanical stress
• light loss
This keeps booth walls clean, reduces cleaning time and maintains optimal light output.
Suitable for application on metal, glass, coated panels and other non-absorbent surfaces.
When the coating is dirty, another layer can be applied over it.

3. Removal (peeling)
When the protective layer is saturated or contaminated, or when several layers have been applied on top of each other, the film can easily be peeled off by hand.
The film leaves no adhesive residue or contamination and does not damage the surface. Post-cleaning is usually not necessary.
A new protective layer can be applied immediately after removal.

For transparent surfaces (windows and lamps), we recommend LiquiFoil LF01. This is (semi-)transparent after drying.
