Returns

You can return most purchases (with the exception of custom-made or filled products) within 14 days. After you have registered your return, you will receive a return-number and then you have 7 days to actually return the products. Note: Please include your return-number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
The products can only be returned in unopened packaging and undamaged condition.

NOTICE: Always check your order immediately as soon as you have received it. If something went wrong with the order or if you have damage to a product, we ask you te report it to us immediately after receipt of your order, so that we can report this to our transport partner.

How do I return a product?

STEP 1.
Check whether your product can be returned. Every webshop consumer has the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. Custom-made products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. Products we have mixed or filled especially for you cannot be returned.

STEP 2.
Register your return, by sending an email to info@gratch.com
You will receive a return-number and return-form.

STEP 3.
Once you have received a return-number, pack the products carefully in the original box or other sturdy packaging. Always check whether the product is properly packaged, because any damage caused by your actions or by the delivery person is at your risk. Any damage to the returned product may mean we will deduct the costs from the amount to be credited.

For consumables, it is not necessary to unpack or open the product to assess the product. If you do this anyway, the product can no longer be sold and the value reduction can be 100%. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

STEP 4.
Print out the return-form you have received by email and put it in the box. Send the package to our address JF Kennedylaan 248, 5981 WX Panningen, The Netherlands.

STEP 5.
After shipping, keep your proof of shipping until your return has been fully processed. This allows us to track your shipment if something goes wrong. Return costs are for your own account.

STEP 6.
We will process your return shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive the refund.

How do I know if you have received my return?
If you have returned a product and expect a refund, you will receive a credit invoice by email with the amount to be received. You will receive this credit invoice once we have received your returned goods in good order. You can also track your return with your Track and Trace code.

How soon will I be refunded after returning?
We do our very best to refund you as soon as possible. You will receive the credit invoice and payment within one week after receipt of your returned goods.
